Individualised Massage Therapy
Meet your Therapists
Each massage is different for each person…
and a client may not experience the same exact massage twice, although we integrate many of the same elements into each massage.
Each therapist is also different,
even when they have been taught by the same teachers. Massage is about stretching the muscles, ligaments and tendons and there are a number of different ways to do this. Your therapist will work in a way that they feel works best for you and best for them.
If you’re feeling tight and knotted up or need some decent relaxation, then it's time to call us 3496 2291

Ahmed Fathi

Ahmed grew up with a family of health professionals which influenced him to learn about the body himself. He studied nursing and as he learned and gained experience, he started to realize that there must be more than just treating diseases and thought about prevention. So he started studying and working as a personal trainer including corrective exercise training. After years of learning and gaining more knowledge about the body Ahmed saw the importance of recovery as well, thus becoming a remedial therapist where he can use prior knowledge to promote health, fitness and recovery for a more holistic treatment.

He likes to incorporate a variety of massage techniques and other modalities such as Myofascial release, Trigger point release, Cupping, Functional Release Cupping, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Kinesio Taping, Stretching and corrective exercise.
